You can view your emails whenever you want, wherever you are, by setting up your Spectrum Roadrunner Email account on an Android device. You can remain in touch with your contacts and never again miss an important message with just a few easy steps.

You must first install the Spectrum Roadrunner Email app on your Android smartphone by downloading it from the Google Play Store. Once the app has been downloaded, launch it and register with your Tampabay RR Email or Hawaii RR Email credentials to access your email account.

The settings can then be altered to fit your preferences. You can control your folders, set up email notifications, and change how frequently your email syncs.

To configure Roadrunner Email on an Android phone with server configurations, follow these steps:

• Open the Email program on your Android phone.

• Choose "Add Account" or "Set up a new account".

• As the account category, choose "Personal (IMAP/POP)".

• Enter your Passcode and Roadrunner email address.

• Select "Manual setup" to manually input the server settings.

• Depending on your choice, choose "IMAP" or "POP3" as the account type.

Enter the following data for the IMAP settings:

1. Incoming mail server: mail.twc.com

2. Security type: SSL

3. Port: 993

4. Username: Your full Roadrunner email address

5. Password: Your Roadrunner email password

For POP3 settings, enter the following information:

1. Incoming mail server: pop-server.ec.rr.com

2. Security type: SSL

3. Port: 995

4. Username: Your full Roadrunner email address

5. Password: Your Roadrunner email password

• Next, enter the outgoing mail server settings:

1. Outgoing mail server: SMTP-server.ec.rr.com

2. Security type: SSL

3. Port: 587

4. Require sign-in: Check this box

5. Username: Your full Roadrunner email address

6. Password: Your Roadrunner email password

• Select "Next" and your preferred choices for syncing your contacts, calendar, and email.

• Choose the Display name for outgoing messages and give your account a handle.

• Press "Done" to wrap up the configuration.

After completing these steps, your Android phone should be able to access your Roadrunner email account. Contact Roadrunner email customer service or look for help in the Roadrunner email help center if you run into any difficulties during the setup procedure.
